Thank you for your interest in our “Start-where-you-are”, LIVE, VIRTUAL, 30-minute BASIC CORE STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING CLASSES<\/strong>! Come on in, try us out, no questions asked, and then, if you’re interested in getting to know us better and getting more personal support, come back and tell us more about you.

IMPROVE YOUR CONFIDENCE with increased STABILITY, MOBILITY, and FLEXIBLITY, with no requirement for race training. YOUR PARTICIPATION HELPS TEAM FX ACHIEVE ITS MISSION. <\/strong>The classes are valued at $10\/each or $50\/month, but we don’t want money to be the reason you aren’t able to connect. So pay what feels right for you, or come in at no charge. Absolutely no obligation! All ages 15+ and all fitness levels are welcome. Classes start ON TIME. Doors open 10 minutes early and stay open 10 minutes after to socialize or talk to the coach. Be sure to download ZOOM onto your device from your App Store before entering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BASIC STRETCHING<\/strong>: Thursdays 8:30-9am CT<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our “CLASSES ONLY”<\/strong> program is a flexible, no-membership-obligation, cancel-anytime contribution program that allows you to participate in the Team FX mission without having to train for a race or raise funds for SAFE. Classes are available at a sliding scale, so you can join for FREE, but even $10 a month helps Team FX build and grow our mission to help more children in more places. Anyone who registers will get a Team FX bumper sticker and “One Step at a Time” wristband, plus any contribution automatically enters you into our big raffle in February. “Start-where-you-are”<\/mark><\/strong>
means wherever you are in your fitness ability, whether you’re firmly embedded into the couch or you’re a seasoned athlete looking to reduce your chances for injury. If you’ve been moving with some difficulty or pain, or you just want to get a little stronger, we encourage you to begin at your level and do what you can do. No judgement, only praise for making the effort. We’ve seen great progress with our class members in improving their abilities, reducing their discomforts, and just feeling better. It also means that these classes take place in the comfort of your own home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By entering the class, you agree to the following terms:<\/strong>
1. Team FX provides a safe environment for EVERYONE, and everyone here participates in that safety. We have a strict \u201cdo no harm\u201d policy, therefore harm of any kind will not be tolerated and anyone causing harm will be banned without a refund.
2. Please be respectful of everyone and save socializing for before and after class. Everyone has different needs, and we wish for everyone to be able to hear instructions and follow along.
3. With any activity comes a risk of injury. While Team FX designed and provides these classes with your utmost care in mind, and with the whole purpose of the classes being to help with injury prevention, we don’t know your individual physical situation. Please take care of yourself and know your own limitations. We trust that you have received approval from your physician that these classes are safe for you. We will help in every way possible, but we can’t be responsible for injuries that may occur; therefore, by entering, you agree to this policy to not hold Team FX, SAFE, Gary Walker or any of our related entities responsible for any injuries incurred during or as a result of these classes.
4. You are automatically subscribed to receive our monthly Team FX newsletter at no charge, which includes updates and invitations to Team FX events. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
