(Casual connection with movement up to 5K and raise awareness & funds for SAFE)<\/em>
<\/strong>Cheer us on, walk any distance at your own pace, or train safely and gradually up to a 5K and get all the benefits of community and fitness, without the longer miles. Great for folks of all ages who wish to ease into movement again. Reconnect with your body, rekindle the spark and connect with new, friendly, health-minded folks. Get as much access as you wish to our coaching instruction and live, virtual, low-impact core exercise and stretch sessions. Express your compassionate action by fundraising for the children’s services at SAFE, enjoying all the celebration, camaraderie, breakfast tacos, mojito parties, and group volunteer activities throughout the year.<\/p>\n
(Train to walk or run an endurance race while raising awareness & funds for SAFE)<\/em>
<\/strong>Whether you’re a beginner or an elite runner, you can train to achieve a 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon in a safe, non-competitive environment, all at your own pace, even if you’re slow, even if you walk, and even if you\u2019ve never before done anything like this before. It’s truly “couch-to-race”, but also a sustainable program year-round to keep you active and connected. We adapt to YOU! We have lots of folks just wanting to take their mobility to the next level, connect with new, positive people, improve their health or lose some weight. Many are return members, having achieved several races, simply because they love being a part of this positive, healthy community.
