TEAM FX is not just another running club. We’re a “start-where-you-are”, progressive, social justice<\/a>, “WHOLE COMMUNITY HEALTH” movement. We are a diverse group of curious, adventurous, socially conscious men & women of all ages, from all facets of life. We partner with local business leaders to help end the cycle of life-threatening abuse, neglect & trafficking of children in our own community. We do that by helping people like you (even the complete beginner) safely improve their quality of life by achieving their next step of movement, confidence and ability, all while generating awareness and raising funds for the Children\u2019s Services at SAFE (Stop Abuse For Everyone).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal goals can be anywhere from super basic balance, movement and stability to leisure walking along Lady Bird Lake to \u201ccouch-to-race\u201d training for any 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon, all in a safe, supportive community of positive like minds. Our audacious vision:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since our debut, a total of 388 marathon, half-marathon, 10k and 5K medals have been awarded, and we’ve raised over $826,000. We’ve been honored with SAFE’s “Guardian Award”<\/a> for 2021, the “Legend Award”<\/a> for October 2021 by RecognizeGood, and the 2016 Austin Marathon’s most prestigious award, “The David Doolittle Memorial Cup”<\/a>, for excellence in community service.
